Student Services

Whether you need help navigating your education provider’s online learning portal, accessing study resources or managing your study workload, the CUCSG team is here to support you.

Student engagement and wellbeing

We understand that students may face additional challenges and pressures, including disability, financial constraints, caring responsibilities and work commitments.

The CUCSG team is available for a coffee and a conversation, assistance managing your study workload, or help connecting with appropriate university, community and support services.

The Centre Manager is trained in Mental Health First Aid and is committed to supporting student wellbeing. While CUCSG does not provide counselling or emergency mental health services, our team can listen, provide practical support and help connect students with appropriate services.

Practical support and advice

Administrative processes can be challenging, particularly when studying remotely. We can help students navigate online learning portals and connect with the appropriate services offered by their education provider.

This may include assistance with:

  • Access and inclusion requirements
  • Applying for extensions or special consideration
  • Connecting with progression and student-support teams
  • Accessing library and learning services
  • Finding and applying for scholarships
  • Understanding general academic and administrative processes

Study resources

Whether you are new to tertiary education, returning after an extended break or looking for guidance with your studies, the CUCSG team can help you become more confident with academic and administrative processes.
